At the time of Griffith's Valuation Edmund Kelly held an estate in the parishes of Killinvoy and Kilmeane, barony of Athlone, county Roscommon. The Scregg estate of 662 acres, owned by John Edmond Crofton Kelly, was advertised for sale in November 1856.
