| Description | At the time of Griffiths Valuation in the early 1850s William Pollard Urquhart was leasing a herd’s house at this location from the estate of Richard Pakenham, when it was valued at almost £11. The Valuation Office books of 1839 noted the owner as Captain William Pakenham and the valuation was £12. The Untenanted Demesnes survey of 1906 indicates it belonged to Hugh P. Wilson and was valued at over £10. The building is still extant but derelict. |
