It was occupied by Stafford Delmege, second son of the Reverend John Delmege, whose representatives owned 525 acres in county Limerick in the 1870s. A house labelled Garryspillane House is shown on the 25-inch Ordnance Survey Map of the 1890s. There is still an extant house at the site. |
