| Description | A mansion house valued at £16.15 shillings was located in this townland in 1906. It was occupied by Stafford Delmege, second son of the Reverend John Delmege, whose representatives owned 525 acres in county Limerick in the 1870s. A house labelled Garryspillane House is shown on the 25-inch Ordnance Survey Map of the 1890s. There is still an extant house at the site. |
