Lucas (East Carbery)

George Lucas, JP, of Ballinadee, Bandon was the owner of over 1200 acres in county Cork in the 1870s. John R. Lucas, of Richfortstown, Clonakilty, was the owner of over 450 acres at the same time. At the time of Griffith's Valuation, Thomas Lucas was the lessor of several townlands in Ballinadee parish, barony of East Carbery, and in Templequinlan parish, barony of Ibane and Barryroe.
