| Description | Burkeville was offered for sale in the Encumbered estates court in July 1852. At the time, Maurice Bennett was the tenant of this "fine commodious dwelling house". At the time of Griffith's Valuation it was held by Nicholas Coolaghan and valued at almost £10. It was still in the possession of Nicholas Coolaghan in 1906. A house still exists at the site. |
