| Description | At the time of Griffiths Valuation in the early 1850s, James Auchmuty was leasing Newtownbond House from Henry Montford Bond, when it was valued at over £30. In 1906 it was owned by William Bond and valued at almost £32. It was demolished in the 20th century though estate architecture, including the entrance gates, remain. |
