At the time of Griffiths Valuation in the 1850s this property was held in fee by Reverend Charles Irving [Irvine] when the buildings were valued at £70. An "unfinished house"at the site was valued at £10. This may the house currently at the site, now known as Donaghmore House. The National Inventory of Architectural Heritage suggests it ceased to be used as a Church of Ireland rectory later in the nineteenth century. It was occupied by the Humphreys family in the early twentieth century. It is still extant and occupied.
