Griffith’s Valuation records the buildings valued at £13 when the house was occupied by Thomas E. Wright who held the property from William and Charles Crofton. At the beginning of the 20th century Blackwater Vale was occupied by Foster Dunwoody, a solicitor. Still extant and occupied. |
