| Description | At the time of Griffith's Valuation, George Beatty (or Beattie) was leasing a house valued at £5 and almost 100 acres from the Tottenham estate. McTernan states that he was referred to at the time of the Ordnance Survey as a "middleman for a large amount of property". Later the house passed by marriage to the Boyd family who sold it in the early twentieth century. It is still extant and has been renovated. |
