| Description | A Russell home in the 19th century, Hajba writes that it was bought by Michael Russell of Mount Russell from the Tynte family in 1815. Occupied by Michael Russell at the time of Griffith's Valuation it was held by him in fee. The buildings were valued at £24. The family were still resident in the mid 20th century and the house is still extant. It is labelled Ballynaboola House on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map but as Glanmore on the 25-inch edition of the 1890s. |
