Lady Anne Headley's estate was leasing this property to Charlotte Walker at the time of Griffith's Valuation, when it was valued at £9 15s. Bary writes that it was leased by the Winn estate in the early part of the nineteenth century to the Walkers and later to the Spring family. It is still extant and was renovated in the twentieth century.
