Mrs. Martha Cronyn, of Sadler's Wells, Kent, England, is recorded as owning over 800 acres in county Leitrim in the 1870s. The Right Reverend Benjamin Cronyn (1802-1871) is recorded as owning 665 acres in county Leitrim in the Parliamentary Papers.
