Shanley
William Shanley is recorded as the owner of over 150 acres near Ballinamore in the 1870s. McParlan records Mr. Shanley of Willyfield as a resident proprietor in Leitrim in 1802. The Shanley family also appear to have been involved in industrial enterprises, notably mills, in the area during the nineteenth century.
