Woodward (Longford)
In the 1870s, Reverend Thomas Woodward was recorded as the owner of over 1200 acres in County Longford. He served as Dean of Down and chaplain to the county gaol in Downpatrick from 1856 until his death in London in 1875. Local sources suggest Reverend Woodward was married to Frances Elizabeth Barlow whose family owned Annesbrook House, Mullingar.
