O'Hara (Mornington)
In the mid-1870s Patrick O’Hara of Mornington, County Westmeath, a minor, owned 877 acres in the county. He was the son of Patrick O’Hara (died 1860) of Mornington and his wife Augusta Lake and grandson of Henry O’Hara of Ballylesson, County Antrim. Captain Patrick Henry Augustus O’Hara was born in 1859, married Elizabeth Mary Boland of Dublin in 1893 and they had two sons and one daughter.
