Wilbraham
At the time of Griffith's Valuation Hugh Wilbraham, who became the brother-in-law of George Browne, 3rd Marquess of Sligo in 1868, held a townland in the parish of Balla, barony of Clanmorris, county Mayo. In 1894 Slater refers to Oldhead as the seat of Lady Marian Wilbraham.
