Laffan
Richard Laffan held the townland of Cloverfield, county Limerick, in the mid 19th century from Thomas P. Maunsell. In the 1870s Richard Laffan of Cloverfield owned 172 acres in county Limerick. Richard Laffan married Mary Josephine daughter of Patrick Kirby and died in 1890. Their seventh son Arthur Charles Laffan was living at Cloverfield in 1910.
