King (Iraghticonnor)
At the time of Griffith's Valuation and in the 1870s, Dr. Nicholas King was leasing over 1200 acres from the Blacker estate in the barony of Iraghticonnor. His address is given as Dublin in the 1870s sources though Dr. King, Tralee, is recorded as the owner of townlands in the parish of Aghavallen in the Ordnance Survey Name Books of the 1830s.
