Murphy (Bellfield)
At the time of Griffith's Valuation Michael E. Murphy held Gortanabla in the parish of Taghmaconnell, barony of Ballinasloe, county Roscommon, which he presumably purchased from the sale of the Moore of Cloonbigney estate in October 1852.
