| Description | Lisserlough was part of the King (Viscount Lorton) estate but was let on long leases to a number of different families, notably Powell, Baker and Laurence. McTernan notes that the present house was built by Viscount Lorton in the 1850s. It is still extant and has been restored while the adjacent out-offices have been converted into apartments. |
