| Description | Lewis mentions Cappard as being the seat of the Mahon family in 1837. At the time of Griffith's Valuation it was occupied by James Galbraith and was valued at £40. by 1906 it was owned by Richard Galbraith and was valued at almost £54. Cappard House is no longer extant but the remains of an extensive stable block (M514067) are still visible. |
