| Description | The representatives of Reverend John G. Maddison were leasing this property from the Lyle estate at the time of Griffiths Valuation in the 1850s, when it was valued at £50. In the early 20th century it was the seat of a Major Evans. The Morgan Collection in the National Library of Ireland includes a photograph of the house taken in 1954, labelled McBrides house. Carnagarve is still extant. |
