| Description | A house built in the late 1830s incorporating an earlier building. It was the home of the Saunderson family, occupied by Colonel Alexander Saunderson in the 1850s and held by him in fee; it had a rateable valuation of £54 which had risen to £84 by 1906. This building was unoccupied and derelict in the 1990s. However it is now the location of an International Scouting Centre which opened in 2012. |
