| Description | In 1840 the Ordnance Survey Name Books describe Ballykelly House as "a gentleman's seat, so called". At the time of Griffith's Valuation the house and demesne were leased by James Kennedy from Edward Minchin when the buildings were value at £10. There is still an extant house at Ballykelly. |
