| Description | Originally known as Fanny Ville and marked on the first Ordnance Survey map as such. The Ordnance Survey Name Books refer to it as the residence of Richard Beere in 1840. This house was extended sometime in the mid 19th century and was valued at £30+ when occupied by Samuel M. Going and held by him in fee at the time of Griffith's Valuation. It is still extant. |
