| Description | An 18th century house, occupied in the 1770s by 'Garden' [Gardiner]. Wilson refers to it as the seat of Mr. Garden [Gardiner] in 1786. It was occupied by Mary Boyd at the time of Griffith's Valuation, when the house was valued at £43. It is still extant and occupied. |
