| Description | A thatched house built in a wooded area early in the 19th century and "probably designed by John Nash" (Bence Jones p.53). In the mid 19th century it was valued at £9 and held by the Earl of Glengall in fee. A lithograph of this building is included in the Glengall sale rental of November 1853 and the Burmester, Law and Sadlier sale rental of November 1857. Now in use as a heritage centre. |
