Description | Michael Curtin was leasing this property from the Devonshire estate in 1851 when it was valued at almost £19. Noted by Lewis, in 1837, and Leet, in 1814, as the seat of William Popham. Local tradition associates this house with Maj. Daniel O'Mahony, participant in the Battle of Cremona, 1702. The original house is not extant. |
