| Description | Woodville was originally a home of the Cummins family. In 1800 Charlotte Cummins married Thomas Mannix. Occupied by N.W. Cummins in 1837 [and by Richard B. Isaack in the early 1850s when it was valued at £23]. Buildings are still extant at the site though extensive modern development has taken place in the area. |
