| Description | An early 18th century house with fine plasterwork by the Francini brothers, the seat of the Browne family for two and a half centuries. The Brownes were still occupying the house in 1837 but John Carmichael is recorded as the occupier in the early 1850s when it was valued at £32.10 shillings. Restored in the 1960s by the Dooleys with help from the Irish Georgian Society. |
