Richard Jago was leasing this property from the Kearney estate at the time of Griffith's Valuation, when it was valued at £16 and included a milling business. By the 1890s Kilmore House is located nearer to the mill which is now labelled Garrettstown Mill (W591454). Kilmore House and portions of the mill building are still extant.
