Description | Springhill was occupied by Francis Goodwin in 1814 and by Thomas Goodwin in 1837. By the time of Griffith's Valuation Bartholomew Donohoe was leasing the townland from the Palmer estate but the buildings were only valued at 10s. Springhill is labelled as "in ruins on the 25-inch map of the 1890s and there is no trace of it now. |
