| Description | Home of the Browne family in the 18th century and for the first half of the 19th century. In the 1850s this 18th century house, valued at £30 was in the possession of Eliza Browne, widow of Thomas Browne of Newgrove who died in 1847. Mrs Browne died in 1864 and the house and estate passed to the Brady family. Only some walls of the house remain. |
