| Description | Occupied by Lynch esq in the 1770s, this house passed to the Crean family by marriage. Newborough became a Blake house in the early 19th century. At the time of Griffith's Valuation there were two houses valued at £3 in the townland of Bunagarraun, occupied by Patrick Higgins and Margaret Higgins, who held from Patrick Crean Lynch. The original house is not extant. |
