Name Description
White (Baron Annaly) Samuel White, son of Luke White of Luttrelstown, county Dublin, was MP for Leitrim and resided at Killakee, county Dublin. In 1802 McParlan recorded that Mr. White was a non-resident proprietor in county Leitrim. The White family had a house at Cloone Grange, near Mohill. They also owned townlands in both the parishes of Cloone and Mohill. In the 1860s George White, a nephew of Samuel White and of Henry White. Baron Annaly was residing at Cloone Grange. Captain George White with an address at Kilmore, Artane, Dublin, owned over 6,000 acres in county Leitrim in the 1870s. Luke White, Lord Annaly, was the owner of over 12, 000 acres in County Longford the 1870s. Burke states that this family derive from Luke White of Woodlands, County Dublin, an MP for Leitrim and High Sheriff of Longford in 1806. Luke White of Eversham, Blackrock, owned over 1300 acres. This was principally in the parishes of Killoe, barony of Ardagh, Cashel, barony of Rathcline and Columbkille, barony of Granard.
