Constable

Nicholas Constable of Beeverstown, county Waterford, was recorded as a freeholder in county Tipperary in 1776. In January 1855 the estate of Robert Constable, deceased, at Upper Beeverstown, barony of Slievardagh, county Tipperary, continued in the name of Hannah Constable the heiress at law, was advertised for sale. In November 1885 perpetual annuities charged on the lands of Lawlesstown and others in the barony of Iffa and Offa East, to commence on the deaths of William and Hannah Constable, was advertised for sale. William Constable held land in the parish of Rathronan, barony of Iffa and Offa East, at the time of Griffith's Valuation.
