Name Description
Ardagh (Waterford) William Michael Ardagh, whose address is given as Stradbally, county Waterford, owned over 1000 acres in the county in the 1870s. In 1866 over 150 acres as well as property in Waterford City were offered for sale by Richard Maunsell Ardagh. The sale also included lands in the barony of Bargy, county Wexford. At the time of Griffith's Valuation, Wiliam Ardagh was among the principal lessors in the parish of Kilmacomb, barony of Gaultiere, county Waterford. Walford notes that William Michael Ardagh was the son of Rev.William Johnson Ardagh of Glenview, county Waterford.
