Name Description
Duckett (Waterford) The Ducketts had held estates in the barony of Middlethird since the later seventeenth century, mostly on renewable leases from Lord Tyrone's estate. Richard Duckett was among the principal lessors in the parish of Kilburne, barony of Middlethird, county Waterford, at the time of Griffith's Valuation. In June and July 1850 over 750 acres of his estate in the barony of Middlethird was offered for sale in the Encumbered Estates Court. Sadleir, referring to the 1770s, mentions Richard Duckett "of Whitestown".
