Name Description
Tresilian In 1837 Lewis refers to Walter Tresilliam of Ballyvolan, parish of Ballinadee, barony of West Muskerry, county Cork. Lands in the parish of Ballinadee, county Cork, the property of Robert Tresilian, were advertised for sale in the Encumbered Estates Court in January 1851. Over 600 acres of the estate of Robert Tresilian was offered for sale in the court in April 1853. The property was situated in the parish of Lislee, barony of Ibane and Barryroe. Houses in the city of Cork and the town of Bandon, the property of Elizabeth Stewart and William Tresilian, were offered for sale in October 1855. In June 1873, lands in the barony of East Carbery, the property of Stewart Richard Tresilian, were offered for sale in the Landed Estates Court. Over 500 acres, owned by members of the McCreight family and Josias Tresilian Sullivan with Elizabeth Tresilian as petitioner, were offered for sale in the Landed Estates Court in June 1870. The estate was in the baronies of Kinalmeaky and East Carbery.
