Name Description
Pomeroy (Viscount Harberton) Rev. Arthur Pomeroy came to Ireland in the late seventeenth century and obtained the deanery of Cork. He purchased an estate in Templebreedy parish, barony of Kerrycurrihy, from the Earl of Shannon. These lands remained in the Pomeroy family until the 1820s when they were sold to Carew O'Grady. Referring to Waterford in 1775, Sadleir notes Arthur Pomeroy, an MP for the county and High Sheriff in 1764.
