O'Brien (Limerick) At the time of Griffith's Valuation Timothy O'Brien held land in the parishes of Abington, barony of Owneybeg and Clonkeen, barony of Clanwilliam, county Limerick. In the 1870s Timothy O'Brien of the Crescent, Limerick, owned 999 acres in the county and Timothy O'Brien of Corbally owned 19 acres in the city. In the 1870s his estate of 70 acres at Sallybank and premises in Limerick city were advertised for sale.
