Biggs (Cork) The representatives of Thomas Biggs, of Dunmanway, owned over 800 acres in county Cork in the 1870s. Thomas Beamish of Clashnacrina, Dunmanway was their agent at this time. The Biggs family were mill owners and were among the principal lessors in the parishes of Rathclarin and Fanlobbus, barony of East Carbery, at the time of Griffith's Valuation. .
