Faircloth At the time of Griffith's Valuation Henry Faircloth is recorded as holding land in the parish of Clooney, barony of Bunratty Upper, county Clare. Weir writes that the Faircloths were a family from Hertfordshire. They lived in the parish of Dysert, barony of Inchiquin, in the 19th century and in the 1870s Henry Faircloth of Curragh owned 590 acres in the county.
