Name	Description
Goodacre	A valuation and report of the Tonatanvally estate, parish of Achill, county Mayo in 1872 shows that the then proprietor John Goodacre was contemplating the sale of his estate, about 1,900 acres, which had been bought by his father. The property was bought by the Earl of Cavan.
Lambart	In 1876 Frederick J.W. Lambart, 8th Earl of Cavan, owned 1900 acres on Achill Island and in 1888 the Earl's wife sold the property to Mrs Agnes McDonnell. The estate was bought by the Earl of Cavan from John Goodacre in the early 1870s.
