Cusack (Longford)
In the 1870s Thomas Alder Cusack, with addresses at 'Carraboola', County Longford and St. Stephen's Green, Dublin, was recorded as the owner of almost 5000 acres in County Longford. Cusack was noted as the manager of the Jessop estate in the later part of the nineteenth century and attracted unfavourable newspaper commentary in this role.
