Hall (Ballinacor)
Ballinacor, county Westmeath was bought by Charles Hall in 1852 from the Nugents. Charles Hall was the third son of John Hall of Burton Hall, Stillorgan, County Dublin. In 1854 Charles married Twisleton Jane daughter of the late Josiah Crampton of Cahirmorris, county Galway. They had two daughters and a son Lieut Gen George Crampton Hall who married Annie Barlow and died at Ballinacor in 1915. Annie died at Lunestown in 1925. Charles Hall of Ballinacor owned 901 acres in county Westmeath in the mid-1870s and died in 1896 at Ballinacor.
