Layard
In the 1870s, Hussey de Burgh notes Henry St. George Layard as the owner of over 1000 acres in County Donegal. At the time of Griffiths Valuation, in the 1860s, he was among the principal lessors in the parish of Donagh, barony of Inishowen East. Henry St. George Layard, MD, of Hollymount, Carndonagh, died 13 October 1887.
