Fawcett

In the mid-19th century members of the Fawcett family held land in the county Cavan parishes of Killinagh, Templeport and Drumlane. In 1876, Margaret Fawcett was recorded as the owner of 964 acres in the county while Robert Fawcett of Derrylin, [county Fermanagh], owned 241 acres, James Fawcett of Blacklion 241 acres and the Reverend Edward Fawcett of Rathowen, county Meath, 192 acres.
