Atkinson (county Monaghan)

In 1876 the Reverend Hans Atkinson of The Rectory, Powerstown, Goresbridge, owned 538 acres in county Monaghan. He was a member of a family from county Armagh. He was married twice, his first wife Anne Waller Kearney died in 1844 and he married Louisa Lavinia Caulfield in 1850.
